Shipping policy

Free shipping on all items.

Shipping is typically 3-5 days for items in locally warehoused.  For items not warehoused shipping duration is expected at 14 days.  For large size items, such as saunas and Red Light Therapy Beds, shipping is expected to be 30-45 days after completion of manufacturing, and approximately 60 days in total.

Shipping timelines are not guaranteed and subject to change.  For bulk delivery / freight items, the local delivery company will arrange a delivery window for you to arrange receipt.  Delivery during this window is not guaranteed.
