Shipping policy

Free shipping on all items.

Stock items are typically delivered within 14 days. Red light beds and panels are typically delivered within approximately 75 days of order. For other large items, such as saunas, shipping is expected to be 30-45 days after completion of manufacturing.

Shipping timelines are not guaranteed and subject to change.  For bulk delivery / freight items, the local delivery company will arrange a delivery window for you to arrange receipt.  Delivery during this window is not guaranteed.
